  If zero stars was an option for a review, that's what I'd choose. Patronising manager, if he's at work. The younger staff seem to have a much better grasp of what they're doing than the manager. Savvy have a closed market for a lot of school families, so we are forced to shop there to get our kids their school wear (for three schools). They do not honour their requirements in relation to faulty goods, despite us paying thousands of $ over the years. Ordering items you need that they don't have in stock is painful and peppered with judgement ('why would your child want THAT style of shorts, no one else at the school wears that', etc). Once I got a phone call about a year after I ordered a school bag, to say it was in. Ridiculous. Wish the schools would go to another provider.

  No, didn't visit. Not sure that there's a market for old men in school uniform. If anyone has contrary advice, please let me know

  Most helpful to my wife shopping for our grandchildren. She is blind so nothing seems too much trouble to the staff.

  staff are so rude and pushy. i’m a size 6 and she forced me to get a size 16
