  Some of the younger/ newer staff are quite nice, but I can and have stood in line for over 10 minutes waiting to order, and staff have looked at me but not served me. 99% of the time I've had to wait over 20 minutes for a go bucket. This service is unacceptable and the chips are never cooked properly along with a lot of food, and stuff is always missing or underfilled

  Ordered a few times before giving this rating. First time good was cold. Second time it was burnt. Then 3rd time burger breads were stale. Run by kids who don’t know what good customer service is. Bad atmosphere, no tissue, no cleaning tables, no condiments at all. Mashed potato was served without spoon.

  We were willing to wait for 20minutes for the new batch of wicked wings to come out but when they did, there was basically no crumbing as you can see in the picture. Saddest looking bunch of wicked wings I've seen in my life. Grateful for my food but this KFC can do better. I've had many other issues with this KFC and this is the least bad. Would not recommend. Needs new management.

  Spent $15 on a zinger box, got told that several items I ordered (supercharge sauce, dinner roll, bottle of water) were unavailable which is fine it isn’t the staffs fault. The staff member at the pay window altered my order with what they had available, the manager handed me my order and I asked if everything was in there, he said yes of course. I opened it when I got home and no substitutes were put in. There was one piece of spicy boneless chicken, a large chips and a zinger burger. The extra chips I had asked for as my second side weren’t in there and the sauce hadn’t been substituted like I asked. Poor management that can’t keep up with stock orders and the general young staff members are having to deal with customer frustrations.
